Manager - Sales and Marketing
Profile: Should possess excellent communication and managerial skills. Should have handled sales and marketing for residential and commercial spaces.
Experience: 5 to 7 years Education: Graduate/ MBA
Location: Mumbai / Pune		   GM Projects / Construction
Profile: Capable of taking complete charge of multiple projects across cities. Highly experienced in project Planning, Budgeting and execution from start to completion. Knowledge of all construction related softwares and systems is a must. Experience: 10 to 15 years Education: BE civil / MBA
Location: Mumbai		   Project Manager (Exp. 8 - 10 yrs.)
Profile: Experienced in carrying out execution of the construction activity for multiple projects, including building infrastructure work. Knowledge of all construction related softwares and systems is a must.
Experience: 8 to 10 years   Education: B. E. Civil
Location: Mumbai / Pune
         
Chief Accounts Officer
Profile: Highly experienced in Finalization of accounts and book closure, Tax planning, Preparation of periodical M.I.S., Coordinating with Internal and statutory auditors, Cash flow management
Experience: 10 to 15 years Education: CA
Location: Mumbai		   Architect
Profile: Complete knowledge of FSI / area calculations as per DC regulations, layout and floor planning, working drawings, elevation drawings, interior work. Knowledge of autocad and other related softwares is a must.
Experience: 6 to 8 years   Education: B. Arch.
Location: Mumbai
